WHY WE ARE CALLED
SUPER 8
In 1980, Matthew Bearne's Grandad handed him a battered Super 8 camera.
The footage was shaky.
But that wasn't the point.
The point was the belly laughs and the pure joy of making something together.
That ten-year-old trained at The Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, and went on to have a long career in TV and Film.
Today he directs for Adrenaline Studios, a Netflix approved partner.
